Kristin Myers is an author, ghostwriter, journalist, and editor with extensive experience covering pop culture, entertainment, and celebrity news. She was the former Editor-In-Chief at Scavenger’s Holocron and is currently the Editorial Director at The Blast. Over the course of her career, she has also been published in the RID Views, The Inquisitr, Yahoo! News, and more.
Her prior roles include Contributing Writer at Surge, a Substitute High School Teacher at RHAM High School, Census Field Supervisor for the U.S. Department of Commerce, and an Educational Interpreter for Monroe #1 BOCES.
Kristin’s diverse life experiences, from interpreting for the Deaf community to supervising federal fieldwork, have shaped a writing voice that is both versatile and deeply human. Her eclectic career path, from the classroom to the field to the newsroom, has given her a uniquely grounded perspective that informs everything she writes.
Kristin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language and English from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Certificate in World Art History from the Smithsonian Associates Program.
